Ali Barrett is a Principal Mechanical Engineer at MBDA, where they design electro-mechanical and pyro-operated mechanisms. Previously, they served as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Scanstrut and Lewmar, focusing on advanced 3D modeling and concept designs. Ali also directed Heliphoto.biz Ltd, where they designed and built custom hexacopters for aerial photography. In addition, they worked as a Senior Kitesurf Instructor at WA Surf Perth, teaching more than 200 guests. Ali holds a First Class Honours degree in Yacht and Power Craft Design from Southampton Solent University.
