Andrew M.

Andrew M. serves as the Graduate & Apprenticeship Programmes Lead at MBDA since February 2019, where responsibilities include leading the design, development, and strategy for Early Careers Programmes. Previously, Andrew held various roles at Xerox from 2007 to 2018, including leading international talent acquisition and development programmes, and managing HR functions and recruitment activities across Europe. Andrew's HR career began in personnel management at Skanska and has included diverse HR roles across several organizations. Andrew possesses a BA (Hons) in Geography, Business & Sociology from the University of Leicester and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
