Gianluca G. is the Group Head of Process & Risk and Business Solutions at MBDA, bringing extensive experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement within the Defence sector. They have developed a deep expertise in managing supplier risks, process re-engineering, and performance measurement throughout the Supply Chain Management lifecycle. Gianluca has held various leadership roles, managing international teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive effective sourcing strategies and governance practices. They are also a certified expert in Supply Chain Management, frequently delivering lectures and training sessions across MBDA and external educational institutions. Gianluca currently pursues a Master's in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Naples.
