Jonathan began their career at Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service as a Project Manager, where they managed energy efficiency projects and oversaw the day-to-day operations. Jonathan then moved on to Sapphire Systems as a Business Development and Account Manager, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution sector. At Thales, Jonathan worked as a Strategy Co-Ordinator, Government Relations Manager, and Strategy and Marketing Manager, focusing on developing business plans, sales strategies, and aligning corporate strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Head of New Business at MBDA, where they are responsible for the UK Future Combat Air System and the Global Combat Air Programme. Jonathan has also held other roles at MBDA, including Head of Enterprise Design and Integrated Proposal and UK Corporate Strategy.
