Marion Lancelin Golbery

Marion Lancelin Golbery is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in the defense industry and various other sectors. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at MBDA since May 2019, Marion manages human resources for both the Engineering and Programs departments, overseeing a total of 450 and 350 collaborators, respectively. Previous roles include a consultative position at ACRH, focusing on recruitment, HR strategy, and training for industries, as well as positions at Maisoning and Getinge, where tasks encompassed recruitment and development of training plans. Marion’s expertise is backed by a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources and Sustainable Performance and another Master's in Public Law, both from IAE France.
