Mathieu CARO

Mathieu Caro is a multicultural manager with extensive experience in production, engineering, and industrial project management, particularly in the automotive industry. They held various roles at Renault Group from 2013 to 2019, including Project Manager and Head of Engineering Team, where they led teams in the design and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing tools. Currently, Mathieu is an Industrial Transfer Project Manager at MBDA, overseeing the operational execution of export contracts at an international level. They hold a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Physics and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by training in intrapreneurship and organizational leadership.
