Reena Patel

Reena Patel is an experienced Engineering Project Manager and team lead at MBDA since August 2023, previously serving as a Strategic Change Project Manager at Greater Manchester Police from June 2019 to August 2023, where oversight of multiple strategic change initiatives and business transformations was key to enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Reena Patel held various project management roles, including Project Manager at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Ltd. and Amec Foster Wheeler, with successful project execution for Jaguar Land Rover and Magna Steyr. Reena's career began with positions at Ferranti Technologies and BAE Systems, among others, following the completion of a BA(Hons) in Business Information Systems at Nottingham University Business School.
