Roberta Acocella

Roberta Acocella is currently the Group Head of Internal Communications and Head of Communications Italy at MBDA, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Group Head of Brand & Business Communications and Head of Italy Communications at the same company, following roles as Media Relations Manager and various communication specialist positions at companies including Marconi PLC and Leonardo. Roberta began their career at The Coca-Cola Company in media and consumer relations. They are actively pursuing a Master in Pubbliche Relazioni at Confindustria and have participated in the Executive Leadership Development Programme at HEC Paris.
