Sam Rogers is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Proving Engineer at MBDA since March 2025, Sam has held various significant roles including Senior Systems Engineer at Nammo UK and Principal Engineer at MBDA earlier in 2024. Previous positions include Test Systems Lead at Benchmark Space Systems and multiple roles at Airbus from September 2016 to November 2022, advancing from Mechanical/Stress Analysis Engineer to Propulsion Test Lead Engineer. Sam's career began with internships at MBDA and the Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering.
