Xavier Bernardet

Xavier Bernardet is an experienced professional in aerospace engineering, specializing in system verification and validation. Currently serving as the Air-defense Chief System Proving Engineer at MBDA since October 2008, Xavier also holds titles including System Verification and Validation Manager and Project Development Manager for Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Facilities, focusing on the management and development of HWIL facilities for Strike projects. Previous experience includes working as a System Engineer for Safran, overseeing validation trials for the Sam146 aircraft engine in Russia, and as an Embedded System Engineer at GROUPE RENAULT, where development of software applications for engine tuning calibration was performed. Xavier holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in aerospace engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique and completed a leadership development program at HEC Paris in 2019.
