David M. Frischkorn is a partner with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Mr. Frischkorn has successfully represented clients for over 25 years in all areas of intellectual property. His recent focus concentrates on patent procurement and client counseling, including patent & trademark portfolio strategy and management, product clearance opinions, due diligence studies, and technology licensing. He has significant experience with regard to medical devices, petroleum processing, catalysis, and has directed patent litigation involving medical injection devices, polymer extrusion, lamination, horizontal directional drilling, and various waste management technologies.
