David S. Harper is a partner with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Dr. Harper has more than 24 years of experience in the field of intellectual property law. His practice comprises all phases of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, intellectual property portfolio development, licensing and other agreement work, counseling, due diligence analysis, infringement analysis, and invalidity analysis. He has particular technical expertise in the areas of biologicals, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, biochemistry, cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, and medical devices.
