Chris Pennington

Chris Pennington has a diverse work experience in the field of web development and technology support. Chris began their career as a Help Desk Technician at the Sunflower Group, where they supported a large number of employees and managed hardware inventory. Chris then worked as a Web Developer at Renderplex, where they were involved in web development and PHP programming. Their role at Renderplex eventually merged into OverCities, where they served as a Lead Web Developer, specializing in developing customizations for Joomla and CakePHP applications and creating a back-end management system. Chris also worked at PlattForm Advertising as a PHP Developer, where they developed a RESTful API and an automated update system. Chris later joined higi as a Web Developer, contributing to web development tasks and strategy until 2017. Their most recent role was at TraknProtect as a Full Stack Developer, working on various web development projects. In 2019, they joined Mbira Technologies as a Web Developer.

Chris Pennington attended Linn State Technical College from 2002 to 2004, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Networking Systems Technologies. Following this, they enrolled at DeVry University from 2007 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
