Jim OKeefe

Jim O'Keefe has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim began their career as an Executive Director at Enesco Group Inc. in 1981 and held this role for nearly two decades. In 1999, Jim joined GoCollect.com, inc., a start-up e-commerce venture, as the Director of Operations. Jim was responsible for various operational aspects, including warehousing, fulfillment, order processing, customer service, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and online catalog development. After leaving GoCollect.com, they took on the role of E-Commerce Director at worldtraveler.com, where they directed the operations of the e-commerce side of the business. Currently, Jim works as a Senior Business Analyst at Mbira Technologies (zZounds.com) since 2011.

Jim OKeefe attended Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Finance. Jim later pursued further education in the field of Six Sigma by completing the Six Sigma Greenbelt Training program at the Chicago Deming Association in Naperville, IL. Additionally, they earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Roosevelt University.
