Charalampos (Harry) Doukas, PhD, currently serves as Engineering Lead for Voice Cloud at MBition, overseeing a multidisciplinary team to enhance Conversational Experiences for Mercedes-Benz customers. Prior to this role, Doukas was Practice Manager for EMEA at Amazon Web Services, where expertise in conversational AI and natural language processing was utilized to deliver scalable customer support solutions. Experience at Amazon includes roles as Senior Consultant and Senior Solutions Architect focused on Alexa. Previous positions feature project coordination and research in IoT at FBK CREATE-NET and CREATE-NET, alongside roles in R&D at the University of the Aegean and the National Hellenic Research Foundation. Doukas holds a PhD in Healthcare Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information Systems Engineering from the University of the Aegean.
