Stefanie Herbert

Stefanie Herbert is an experienced Agile Coach currently serving as the Expert Agile Coach and Operational Excellence Lead at MBition since September 2022. Prior to this role, Stefanie worked as a Senior Agile Coach at Oetker Digital GmbH from January 2021 to July 2022 and as an Agile Coach & Partner at improuv GmbH between January 2017 and November 2020. Stefanie's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager Finance at HolidayCheck Group AG from March 2014 to December 2016 and as a Partner Assistant at KPMG from July 2011 to February 2014. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and has completed a degree as a Systemic Business Coach at HR Akademie München.
