Szymon Kościelniak is a seasoned UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies in the gaming and design industries. Currently serving as Principal UI/UX Designer at MBition since September 2019, Szymon specializes in optimizing workflows, consulting for development and art teams, managing junior colleagues, and enhancing processes and documentation. Prior to this role, Szymon was a UI Artist at Wooga, contributing to interface design and user testing, and held positions as Technical Artist at Studio49 GmbH and GameDuell, where responsibilities included tool research, UI animation implementation, and workflow optimization. Szymon began a design career at Laserdruk s.c., focusing on graphic and web design, and holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from Wyższa Szkoła Komunikacji i Zarządzania w Poznaniu.
