Mike Ulm possesses extensive experience in leadership within the senior living and human resources sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at MBK Senior Living since May 2023, Mike has held similar roles at Brookdale Alderwood and has been an influential figure at organizations such as Rose Point Solutions and Pathway to Living. With over 25 years of experience at Brookdale, Mike specialized in human resources, learning, training, and marketing/branding. Mike’s background also includes significant leadership positions at Horizon Bay Retirement Living and American Retirement Corporation, where roles involved oversight of employee relations and training initiatives. Mike holds two Bachelor's degrees in Labor and Industrial Relations from Le Moyne College, complemented by a focus on Organizational Development.
