Kelly brings over ten years of experience to the team. Kelly conducts quarterly inspections and compiles that data along with customer satisfaction surveys into a quarterly business review to ensure they are improving from their baseline cleanliness and meeting their shared goals. Before joining McLemore, Kelly specialized in quality control while at Hewlett-Packard and Foxconn. She graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing. Kelly has earned her HHPC Day Certified Expert designation through Diversey, Inc.

We have a very strong management team with an average of over 10+ years’ tenure.
