Richard has over 20 years of experience in the custodial services industry. He oversees McLemore’s $60 million client portfolio. Richard is customer-centric and retention-driven. Under his leadership, customer retention levels topped 97%. His philosophy is “consistent customer care.” Richard attends all quarterly business reviews to ensure the ongoing satisfaction of their clients. Richard is a member of BSCAI and is pursuing certification and CE credit in Leadership Development, OSHA Compliance Standards, including Hazardous Materials training, and is an HHPC Day Certified Expert.
