James Peck

James Peck has over 40 years of experience in all areas of construction program and project management including technical design and coordination review, progress review, change order management, quality assurance, facilities planning, building commissioning, LEED, cost estimating, safety management, and claims analysis.

As a Senior Vice President at MBP, he focuses on building and fostering client relationships both nationally and internationally. Over the course of his career, James has provided construction management services on new, renovation/repair, and build-lease projects with construction values exceeding $1.7 billion. He has also successfully delivered construction and design projects via a wide range of project delivery methods to include design-build, CM at-risk, integrated design-bid-build, and build-to-lease. Prior to joining MBP, James served 20 years in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and Civil Engineer Corps Officer.
