In Michael’s role as Project Controls Services Leader, he is responsible for MBP’s data-driven approach to providing solutions that effectively foresee and forecast outcomes, elevate issues, and influence success. He oversees all project risk analysis and consulting services to include project risk management, value analysis and optimization, schedule management, and cost management services.
Michael’s experience includes K-12, higher education, military, correctional, residential, performing arts, medical, laboratory, and site utility projects. He routinely provides CPM schedule training to construction professionals and has provided scheduling support services to contractors, owners, and design professionals including master scheduling, creating baselines and performing schedule updates, baseline and update schedule compliance reviews, review of time impact analyses, and claim schedule delay analysis.
