Rachel Fleming

Rachel Fleming has over eight years of experience in the construction industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Duke University. A licensed Professional Engineer with a Civil-Construction concentration, a certified Construction Manager in Training (CMIT), and a CM-Lean professional, Rachel brings valuable project management skills to all phases of the construction process including owner’s representation, transition to operations, cost estimating, CPM scheduling, claims analysis, and on-site construction management.
