In the same year, they also took on the role of Managing Director at Medicast Trading LLC, leading the manufacturing of surgical disposables from non-woven fabric. In 2005, Piyush co-founded Alternative, a digital marketing and advertising agency that has been successful in delivering innovative and result-driven digital services to clients in Dubai and other regions of the UAE. Currently, they serve as the Group Managing Director for MBR Recruitment - Shipping, Logistics & IT Specialists, continuing the company's growth trajectory.
