Poonam Pagnis

Poonam Pagnis began their career in 1999 as a Project and Account Manager for United Software Associates. In 2003, they joined SmarTech Solutions Inc. as Vice President, where they were responsible for strategic planning, business development, sales, marketing, finance, client and vendor relationships. In 2016, they became Co-Founder and Managing Partner of mBridge Solutions Inc, where they were responsible for leading the firm through sustained growth, setting firm strategy, and developing an accountability driven culture.

Poonam Pagnis completed their ICSE from Welham's, Dehradun. Subsequently, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Elphinstone College, Mumbai. Poonam then went on to obtain a PGDCS in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, Poonam has also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
