Tommy O'Sullivan has a diverse work experience starting from 2018. From July 2018 to April 2019, they worked as a Tote Operator at Tote Ireland. In June 2018, they began working as a Freelance Graphic Designer specializing in corporate logo design until January 2021. In August 2019, they participated in the ESA Academy - Ladybird Guide to Spacecraft Operations Training Course. Tommy also worked as an Asset Management Intern at Elix Aviation Capital from June to December 2019, where they managed foreign assets and implemented an automation program. From October 2022 to February 2023, they served as an Electrical, Lighting & Sound technician at AV Star Systems, supporting event operations and developing technical skills. In February 2023, they transitioned to Nova Systems International as a Design Engineer until April 2023. Currently, they are employed at MBRYONICS as a Mechanical Engineer, starting in April 2023.

Tommy O'Sullivan completed their Ladybird Guide to Spacecraft Operations Training Course in 2019 at ESA Academy. Tommy then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from 2017 to 2021 at the University of Limerick. Tommy O'Sullivan then continued their education at the University of Limerick, where they obtained a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from 2021 to 2022.
