David Heredia

David Heredia has five years of work experience in the IT field. David began their career in 2014 as a System Administrator at ODU USA, where they supported 100+ local end users including 20 remote users, acted as the primary desktop tech on a full domain migration of 100+ workstations, interacted routinely with senior engineers from parent firm as well as outside consultants, and developed and implemented a more complete backup method. In 2016, they began working at Lugano Diamonds as a System Administrator, where they upgraded the entire network infrastructure from Server 2003 up to Server 2012, and deployed and configured SonicWALL Firewalls at two locations. David then moved to Protelligent, Inc. where they maintained a base of 25+ clients and serviced over 100 Servers & 1,000 desktops onsite and remotely in a geographical area from Orange County to San Diego and remote users in the US and Europe. David was responsible for 25 billable hours a week and achieved 20% above plan on average. In 2019, they began their current role as Senior Technology Consultant at MBSG.

David Heredia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from ITT Technical Institute-Oxnard between 2003 and 2007. David also holds certifications from CompTIA and Okta as a CompTIA Security+ and Okta Certified Professional, respectively.
