Madhan Kuppusamy

Madhan Kuppusamy is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and development across various industries. Currently serving as a Lead Design Engineer at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA since March 2015, Madhan specializes in Body-in-White components for vans, with a focus on chassis and underbody design, utilizing tools such as NX Siemens and PLM systems. Prior to this role, Madhan was a Project Engineer at SEGULA Technologies, where responsibilities included technical consulting for Ford in Germany and Russia, and coordinating design localization. Previous experience includes serving as a Cab Design Manager at Daimler Trucks Asia, where Madhan led the design and development of key vehicle components, and positions at Anadocs IT Solution and DSM Infosystems Pvt Limited, emphasizing structural design and engineering. Madhan holds a Master’s Degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
