Dylan Peters

Dylan Peters, CSM, currently serves as a Sales Operations Advisor at Mercedes-Benz USA since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dylan spent over two decades at UPS, where various positions included Supervisor of Sales Operations and Data Specialist. In the Supervisor role, responsibilities included overseeing customer experience journeys and implementing improvement programs, while also collaborating with organizational partners to execute Customer First strategies. As a Data Specialist, Dylan managed customer technology applications to ensure accurate information dissemination and supported product positioning through data analysis. Earlier in the career at UPS, Dylan worked as an ASO Coordinator in Retail Marketing, addressing and resolving customer complaints through effective communication channels. Dylan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama between August 1998 and May 2001.
