Gregory Gazzola

Gregory Gazzola has extensive experience in the automotive sales industry, currently serving as a Master Certified Sales Consultant at Mercedes-Benz USA since August 2015, where a strong knowledge of vehicle features and customer service is maintained. Prior to this role, Gazzola worked as a Product Concierge at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Union from January 2013 to August 2015, providing expert demonstrations of high-technology features and ensuring an exceptional dealership experience. Earlier experience includes serving as an Inventory Lot Coordinator at Springfield Acura, managing inventory and performing vehicle maintenance checks. Gazzola holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Kean University and completed Dale Carnegie Training in 2021.
