Rafal Kruszynski

Rafal Kruszynski has extensive experience in management and controlling roles across several industries, primarily in the automotive and aviation sectors. Since July 2015, Rafal has held multiple departmental management positions at Mercedes-Benz USA, focusing on electric and top-end vehicle business development, pricing, planning, and capital investments. Prior to this, Rafal served as Area Controller for The Americas at Lufthansa Cargo from July 2009 to June 2015 and held a Controlling Manager position at Lufthansa from August 2007 to July 2009. Early career roles included internships and a purchasing assistant position at CNH Industrial, and project support at Investitionsbank Berlin. Rafal earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, Information Systems and Operations Research, and Logistics from Freie Universität Berlin from 2000 to 2006.
