Samuel Brannan

Samuel Brannan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and customer services, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Services Business Intelligence at Mercedes-Benz USA since December 2015. Prior roles at Mercedes-Benz include Department Manager for Product Manager Process & Data and Supervisor of the Performance and Reporting team for After Sales Business Intelligence. Prior to this, Samuel worked at McCann Aerospace Machining, LLC from February 2012 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing customer account managers and overseeing production schedules as Customer Advocate Manager and Master Scheduler. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
