Joshua Adidjaja

Joshua Adidjaja has a comprehensive work experience spanning from 1998 to 2018. Joshua started their career as a Treasury Analyst at Southern California Bank in 1998. Joshua then joined AIG in 1999, where they became an Investment Accounting Supervisor, responsible for managing a team and overseeing various financial reporting deadlines.

In 2007, Joshua transitioned to BCBGMAXAZRIA GROUP, where they served as a Sr. Cash Manager for four years. Following their time at BCBGMAXAZRIA GROUP, they joined FUGA / Crystal Air Aviation as Treasurer / Controller from 2011 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, they worked as the Treasury Finance Director at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, where they handled cash forecasting, credit agreements, and provided budget guidelines for COGS and Accounts Payable spending.

Their most recent position was at Manhattan Beachwear, where they held various roles. First, they were the Sr. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2016 to 2018, responsible for establishing the FP&A department, implementing budgeting processes, and creating KPI scoreboards for company executives. Later, they became the Senior Vice President of Finance, overseeing the accounting and IT teams, and successfully implementing the Blue Cherry ERP system.

Throughout their career, Joshua Adidjaja has gained extensive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, cash management, and financial analysis.

From 1994 to 1998, Joshua Adidjaja attended UCLA, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a specialization in Computing.
