mByom is an organization involved in strategic transformation. We are internally divided into four Strategic Business Units (SBU). The Consulting SBU finds opportunities and develops frameworks. The Operations SBU rolls out the frameworks on the ground. The Finance & Tech SBU facilitates the rollout. Finally, the Marketing SBU creates the demand and pulls the various products into the market. These four SBUs which have very distinct roles and responsibilities are connected at the hips.
