We helped institute the nation’s largest DA led diversion program.  Our extensive knowledge of diversion programs, specialty courts, and other programs allows us to help many clients keep charges from showing up on their criminal history in the future.
Kendall has over 15 years of experience in criminal law.  After an exemplary career at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, where he left as the Administrative Chief, he founded Madson Castello, PLLC with his partner Messina Madson (former First Assistant and acting District Attorney for Dallas County).
