Gracia Isaura Raulina is a seasoned media planner with experience at M&C Saatchi Performance since November 2020, overseeing key accounts including Jobstreet and Alodokter while managing a team of three direct reports and indirectly supervising over ten personnel. With prior roles as Senior Media Executive and Media Executive, Gracia has adeptly handled major campaigns across various platforms such as Google and Facebook, achieving significant growth for clients like Gojek and Traveloka. Recognized as Employee of the Year in 2021 for excellence in client servicing, Gracia's early career included a media marketing role at Grab and an internship in human resources at PT.Unilever Indonesia.
