Derek Garrett is a seasoned retail and home inspection professional with extensive experience in management and operational roles. Currently serving as Store Manager and formerly as Assistant Store Manager at MC Sports since December 2013, Derek has also been a Certified Home Inspector with HouseMaster - G & S Home Inspections, LLC. With certifications from NIBI, InterNACHI, and ASHI, Derek brings specialized knowledge to the home inspection field. Prior management roles at Jock's Nitch Locker Room and Jock's Nitch Sporting Goods involved overseeing significant inventory levels and employee scheduling, highlighting strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer service. Derek began a career in management as Shop Manager at East Coast Windows and Doors, demonstrating an early focus on organizational excellence. A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, Derek holds a degree in Corporate Recreation and Wellness.
