Nathaniel Nation

Nathaniel Nation is a Software Development Manager at Management Control Systems Limited (MC Systems), where responsibilities include leading software talent acquisition and overseeing software development internships since July 2011. Previously, Nathaniel held roles as a Senior Software Developer and Agile & Scrum Coach, also serving as a Technical & Project Lead, and developed regional Electronic Top-Up Systems. Nathaniel's initial experience in business leadership began as Assistant Manager at Thwaites Auto Centre in 2006. Educational achievements include a MSc in Computer Based Management Information Systems from Mona School of Business and Management, a Certificate in Global Collaboration from the University at Buffalo School of Management, and a B.Sc in Computing and Information Technology from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
