Dave Simmons

Dave Simmons is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently, Dave serves as Owner and Executive Vice President at both HALL'S CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION and MC3 Solutions, LLC since February 2019. Prior positions include President at CMS, Inc. from August 2017 to February 2019, and Pursuit Executive at Skanska USA from September 2015 to July 2017. Dave's tenure at American Bridge Company from November 1995 to September 2015 included the establishment of the Virginia office and a focus on key contracts in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Previous roles also encompass Project Coordinator at P.J. Dick, Inc. and Vice President at The Farr Companies. Dave began the professional journey as a Project Manager at Clark Construction Group, LLC, and holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State University.
