Thaís Rodrigues

Thaís Rodrigues is an experienced environmental analyst presently working at MCA Auditoria e Gerenciamento Ltda since April 2023, focusing on environmental management oversight in civil project implementations. Previously, Thaís held the position of SGI Analyst at Construtora Helmo from July 2021 to April 2023, overseeing integrated management systems in quality, safety, and environmental processes, conducting ISO audits, and managing legal documentation related to health and safety. Thaís began the career in environmental roles through internships at Grupo Aqua Brasil and the Prefeitura Municipal de João Monlevade, gaining hands-on experience in environmental monitoring and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais, as well as post-graduate specializations in Total Quality and Engineering Safety from Descomplica Faculdade Digital and UNIMAIS, respectively.
