Heather Bailey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Heather started their career as a Function Manager at The Country Club in Chestnut Hill, MA, where they worked until 1999. Heather then joined PGA National Resort & Spa as an Assistant Banquet Manager from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they became the Banquet Manager at the Bolingbrook Golf Club, where they stayed until 2005. Heather then worked at DuPage Expo as a Sales and Operations Manager for a brief period in 2005. From 2006 to 2011, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at ACCESS Chicago, formerly known as Eved Services. In 2011, they joined Eved as a Member Services representative and stayed with the company until 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to MC&A, Inc. and held the position of Director of Operations and Program Development until January 2020. From that point on, Heather has been the Vice President of Operations at MC&A, Inc.
Heather Bailey attended Tremper High School, although it's unclear when they started and finished their education there. Later, from 1993 to 1998, they attended Boston University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences.
