Martha Henderson

Martha Henderson is an experienced program manager with a diverse background in event logistics and management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at MC&A since September 2021, Martha oversees day-to-day activities of programs, develops workflow processes, manages budgets, and fosters internal and external relationships. As a co-founder and treasurer of the San Diego Event Coalition, Martha contributes to the local event industry. Previous roles include Board Treasurer at San Diego Pride, where contributions supported the community, and Senior Event Manager at Del Mar Fairgrounds, ensuring smooth operations for various events. Martha's foundational experience began as an Event Coordinator at Classic Party Rentals. Education includes degrees from Towson University and specialized training in venue management and safety.
