Neal Kerr

Neal Kerr is a highly experienced technical director at McAdam Design, with a career spanning over two decades in project management and civil engineering. Previously, Neal held various leadership roles at AECOM, including associate director positions in water and construction services, where responsibilities included managing feasibility studies, asset assessments, and integrating new technologies. Neal has also served as a director at Clanad Consulting Ltd and as a project manager at Yorkshire Water, demonstrating expertise in capital projects and regulatory compliance. Educational credentials include a BEng in Civil Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, NEC3 & NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation, and recognition as a Chartered Engineer.
