Josh Shinn Pe

Josh Shinn, PE, has extensive experience in the field of engineering, particularly in stormwater design and water resources. Since October 2010, Josh has held the position of Stormwater Design Support Practice Lead and Technical Manager at McAdams. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Research Assistant at the NCSU Environmental Engineering Lab and as an Engineering Intern with the NC Department of Transportation. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Global Innovation Management from North Carolina State University and an MBA in Global Innovation Management from IAE Aix-en-Provence, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University.
