Matthew Debruyne

Matthew DeBruyne is a Designer I at McAdams since November 2022, specializing in design development. Previously, Matthew served as a Staff Engineer at Dewberry from November 2020 to November 2022, focusing on roadway design and alternative intersection design. Prior experience includes roles as Engineer I - Transportation at HNTB and Civil Engineer Intern at Spaulding & Norris, P.A., in addition to a summer internship at Qualcomm. Matthew has been a USSF Certified Soccer Referee with Apex Park and Recreation District since March 2013. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, completed in 2018, and a high school diploma from Athens Drive High School, earned in 2013.
