Caroline Geurin

Caroline Geurin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caroline is currently working as the Director of Recruiting at McAfee & Taft, where they oversee the recruitment process. Prior to this, they served as a Recruiting & Associate Development Coordinator at the same company, where they assisted with recruiting and professional development of law clerks and associate attorneys.

Before joining McAfee & Taft, Caroline worked as a Texas Recruiter at the University of Oklahoma College of Law from 2020 to 2021. Caroline also gained experience as a Legal Recruiting Coordinator at Foley & Lardner LLP, where they supported law students, coordinated summer associate programs, and focused on increasing diversity in the candidate pool.

Caroline's earlier roles include working as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global, where they specialized in sourcing IT, finance, and engineering professionals. Caroline also interned in human resources at The Broadmoor and worked as an Event Planner at Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of Oklahoma.

In addition, Caroline has had internships at Inasmuch Foundation, where they were placed at the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum, and Oklahoma City Beautiful Inc., where they worked in marketing and events. Caroline has a well-rounded background in personnel recruitment and human resources, with a focus on professional development and diversity.

Caroline Geurin attended the University of Oklahoma from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Human Relations with a field of study in Human Resources.
