Prior to founding McAleer Gray, Terry served as a Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International from 2000 to 2005, a leading global advisory firm in executive search and talent consulting. Terry's career began at MPS Group, where the role of Executive Managing Director was held from 1995 to 2000, focusing on professional recruiting and staffing solutions. Terry holds a B.S. in Accounting from Regis University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
