Paul Alvarez

Paul Alvarez is an experienced environmental and sustainability professional currently serving as the Environmental and Sustainability Manager at McAleer & Rushe since June 2025. In this role, Paul ensures compliance with environmental policies and regulations across various infrastructure projects while conducting site visits, audits, and training. Previously, Paul worked as a Sustainability Manager at Sir Robert McAlpine, overseeing sustainability management for mixed-use and residential buildings, and as a Sustainability Engineer at Ballymore, focusing on BREEAM, WELL, and FitWel assessments.
