Lori Maxwell is an experienced Infection Prevention Practitioner and Registered Nurse who has worked in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and health centers. Lori has also served as an RN House Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Senior Wellness Nurse, and Lead RMA. Lori holds a BSN degree from the University of Oklahoma and has experience in performing health risk assessments and creating preventative plans for patients.
