Joe McAlinden, CAIA

Joe McAlinden, CAIA has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Joe began their career in 1990 as a Specialist Clerk at Walter N. Frank & Co. Joe then moved to Bear Stearns & Co. in 1995 as a Trader - Distressed and Special Situations. In 2007, they joined Lehman Brothers as a pb client and also worked as a Trader - Global Macro Fund at Catalpa Capital Advisors. In 2014, they became Vice President Sales and Trading at FBR. Since 2016, they have held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Prosparency and COO at McAlinden Research Partners.

Joe McAlinden received their High School Diploma from York Prep in 1989. Joe then attended Vassar College from 1989 to 1993. Joe then attended Hartwick College from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a BA in Econ. In November 2012, Joe obtained a CAIA certification from The Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association.
